Based on Fyodor Dostoevsky's iconic novel of the same name, Crime and Punishment is a stage production that brings the story of Rodion Raskolnikov to life. A young, broke drop-out, Rodion comes up with a plan to kill and rob a dishonest pawnbroker. In his mind, he would counteract the murder by ridding the world of a morally corrupt criminal and using her money to carry out good deeds. A story of moral dilemma and mental imbalance, production summons questions about human life and the consequences of a nihilist mentality.
