About
This comedy is written by the renowned modern Italian writer and playwright Luigi Pirandello, who modeled the plot line around his novella, Tirocinio (1905). Poor Angelo Baldovino accepts a marriage with Agata for money, being that she is impregnated by the already married marquis, Fabio Colli. Angelo takes his role more seriously than expected, even going as far as naming the unborn child after himself. The show, as the name implies, is about honesty and how important morality is in conducting a satisfying life.
