Sergey Khachatryan

Sergey Khachatryan is an Armenian violinist who gave his first orchestral concert in 1993 at the age of nine. Having since gone on to prove himself as one of the most accomplished violinists of his generation, Khachatryan is regarded with equal parts astonishment and praise for his virtuostic playing. Though Khachatryan is best known for his interpretations of classics from well known masters like Beethoven, Shostakovich and Mozart, his own original pieces are also critically revered for their forward thinking approach to violin composition.
