Break Even is a punk band from Perth, Australia that was founded in 2005. The group makes a unique style of music by blending together elements of hardcore rock with trash metal to create a unique sonic amalgam that's well suited for Australia's multifaceted music scene. Though the group broke up in 2012, it reunited in 2014 much to the delight of the band's dedicated fans. .
