Life of Agony is a metal band from New York City that was formed in 1989. The group spent its formative years playing a high number of shows, honing its sound and refining its song writing approach in the process. Life of Agony Released its debut album, River Runs Red, in 1993 and since then the group has released a steady stream of LPs in addition to keeping a fairly regular touring schedule.
