Cook County Social Club is an improvisational comedy troupe comprised of five Chicago-based comedians and performance artists. Like most improv groups, Cook County Social Club relies heavily on crowd participation and encourages its audiences to contribute subject matter to each segment. The group performs its lively off-the-cuff shows around the Chicago area, including weekly performances at the iO Theater.
