Session Americana is a folk outfit that was formed in Boston by Americana music veterans. Billy Beard, Ry Cavanaugh, Jim Fitting, Dinty Child and Jon Bistline joined forced in 2005, mastering a rootsy, blues-infused sound that resonated well with audiences around the New England Area. Session Americana released its debut album TableTop People Vol. 1, in 2005 with Hi-n-Dry records. The group has since recorded as the backing band for artists like Bruno Green while also dropping their own original material on albums like 2015's Pack Up the Circus.
