A cult success story that has since turned into a multifaceted franchise, Trailer Park Boys follows the comedic exploits of a pack of eccentric trailer park inhabitants. The Canadian television program first aired in 2001, presenting its shaggy mockumentary style and bizarre cast of characters, such as Bubbles and Ricky. The show spawned two films, Trailer Park Boys: The Movie and Countdown to Liquor Day in 2006 and 2009 respectively, and has even branched out into a live touring show that includes members of the cast, musical segments and plenty of the show's zany, off-kilter sense of humor.
