The Tampa Bay Storm was a professional arena football team based out of Tampa Bay, Florida that competed in the Arena Football League's South Division. One of the AFL's four charter teams, the franchise was founded in 1987 and was originally based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania before moving to Tampa in 1991. Having won its first of several league championships in 1995, the team demonstrated its worth on countless occasions and proved itself to be one of the more talented arena football teams in the country.
