T.S. Monk is a jazz drummer and bandleader from New York City. Son of famed jazz pianist Thelonious Monk, T.S. has distinguished himself with a style all his own that blends together elements of soul, funk and funk all within the confines of a strong jazz backbone. T.S. Monk released his debut album, House of Music, in 1980 and since then he has kept active, releasing additional LPs and keeping a regular performance schedule.
