Shelby Chong, born Shelby Fiddis, is an American stand-up comedian and actress. A native of Los Angeles, her ever-present interest in comedy compelled her to pursue a career in the field. She began to perform in local clubs and went on to bag roles in movies. Throughout the '80s and '90s, she was seen in movies like Cheech & Chong's Next Movie, Nice Dreams, Things Are Tough All Over, Cheech & Chong's The Corsican Brothers, Far Out man and Class of Nuke 'Em High 2: Subhumanhoid Meltdown, just to name a few. Around the same time, she also landed a spot as the opening act at Tommy Chong's comedy shows. Over the course of her career, Chong has performed across the country at some of the most prestigious venues to sold-out crowds.
