Seattle-based outfit La Luz is a rock and roll outfit that recalls the 1960s girl-group sound with a fusion of doo wop, pop and surf rock sounds. The all-female outfit offers four part harmonies and even the occasional choreographed dance steps during live shows, but adds in lush reverb and twangy riffs to give its music a rougher edge. La Luz released its debut EP,Damp Face, in 2012.
