Newark, New Jersey tap dancer, choreographer and actor Savion Glover will go down in history as one of the world's best tap dancers ever. Starting at age 11, Glover has been performing in TV shows (most notably Sesame Street), films and on Broadway for decades. Glover is known in particular for bringing modern hip-hop, jazz and funk into the dance style, revolutionizing its perception in the U.S. and world. Glover has now started his own tap dancing school and continues to perform original production around the world.
