Sara Schaefer is an American comedian, writer and podcaster. The Midlothian, VA-native moved to NYC in order to pursue a career in comedy in 2001. Her first break came in 2006 in the form of a comedy show for AOL. The following year, she earned an invitation to perform at the HBO Comedy Arts Festival. She has since worked as an editor, blogger and writer, and has been named on numerous lists as one of the comedians to watch out for.
