A regular at New York City comedy clubs such as The Comedy Cellar and Dangerfields, Sandy Marks is one of the city's more popular local stand-up comics. His high energy sets often include observational humor and self-deprecating jokes about his Jewish heritage. After successfully working his way up the ranks, Marks found some crossover success with a bit part on the television show The King of Queens, and even managed to wind up on Fox News, trying his hand at some sportscasting. Marks still performs regularly across the country and in New York City, where he operates a foundation to benefit stray dogs in his spare time.
