Sandra Bernhard is an American actress, author, comedian and singer hailing from Flint, MI. She started her career as a regular at The Comedy Store in West Hollywood, CA. With a continued rise in her popularity, she got the opportunity to star in the The Richard Pryor Show. Her big break as an actress came in the form of a role in Martin Scorsese's 1982 black comedy-drama The King of Comedy. Over the years, she has been a part of numerous big-name projects and has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the industry. She has also released numerous music albums including I'm Your Woman, Excuses for Bad Behavior (Part One), The Love Machine, Excuses for Bad Behavior (Part Two), Gems of Mystery and Everything Bad & Beautiful.
