Rochester Symphony Orchestra & Chorale is a symphony orchestra and chorus based in Rochester, Minnesota that was founded in 1919 and has since become a centerpiece of the city's musical arts. Originally established as the Lawler-Dodge Orchestra, it was founded by a group of talented musicians who got together to play and provide background music for silent movies. Since then, the Rochester Symphony Orchestra & Chorale has grown to become one of Minnesota's top rate orchestras and choruses, bringing many of music lovers from the city of Rochester and beyond only the highest quality musical experience.
