Raymond Pozo, born Ramón Figueroa Pozo, is a Dominican comedian, actor and television presenter. He was born into a family with a humble background and spent the initial years of his adulthood working odd jobs to earn a living. Opportunity knocked on his door in 1989 in the form of a chance to perform at a comedy festival and opened new avenues for him. Having discovered his talent in comedy, Pozo began to work as a comedian in the sketch Caribe Show with other comedians. He later worked in films like Perico Ripiao, La maldición del padre Cardona, Al fin y al Cabo and Lotoman to name a few.
