Purple Melon has undergone various transformations over the past decade. Initially, it served as the moniker for a vibrant Los Angeles-based band that made waves in the local music scene. However, as the original group disbanded, the Purple Melon website languished without attention. Serendipitously, the lead singer's stepbrother, yours truly, harbored ambitions of launching a new music blog. With proper permissions secured, I swiftly assembled a website, established social media presence, and commenced sharing my passion for emerging artists with an eager audience.
