The Promusica Chamber Orchestra has been creating its characteristically refined style of music since 1978. Though originally formed with the intention of teaching young, aspiring musicians the tricks of the orchestra game, Promusica has since grown into a world-class organization that's more than capable of paying homage to classic composers like Mozart and Beethoven with its musical repertoire. The company might best be known for playing well known compositions from the golden age of orchestra, but the Columbus, Ohio-based ensemble also writes its own, original pieces, that highlight the adept talent of the various instrumentalists in the group.
