Persephone is an Austrian neoclassical band with gothic tendencies that's helmed by chief singer/songwriter Sonja Kraushofer. Founded in 2000, the group would go on to release its debut album, Home, in 2001. Persephone has since stayed busy by releasing additional LPs and keeping an active performance schedule.
