Paul and Storm is an American comedy rock duo. Comprising Arlington, VA natives Paul Sabourin and Greg "Storm" DiCostanzo, it debuted in 2005 with a demo EP titled Shame and Cookie Dough. The duo's debut album Opening Band followed closely on the heels of the EP and featured 32 tracks including "Opening Band," "Necco Wafers" and "Epithets (Commentary)." Paul and Storm's second album News to Us featured news segments in the form of tracks. In addition to releasing studio albums, the group has toured all over the USA, Canada as well as the UK. It has also worked on its own podcasts - Paul and Storm Talk About Some Stuff for Five to Ten Minutes (On Average) - and released a webseries called Learning Town.
