Parokya Ni Edgar is a pop rock band that crafts a mixture of original alternative rock songs and satirical covers of famous pop songs. Formed in the Philippines in 1993, the band has lasted the test of time with a lineup that consists of all its original members. Parokya Ni Edgar released its debut album Khangkhungkherrnitz, in 1996 and slowly earned international acclaim with each subsequent effort, from 2005's Halina Sa Parokya and 2016's Pogi Years Old.
