Formed in 1998 in Jackson, TN under the name Lappdog, One Less Reason underwent several lineup changes in its early years. Vocalist Cris Brown and drummer Jerome Hubble eventually found a stable configuration with drummer Kevin Scott and guitarist Jeremy Jones. Transitioning away from their original name in 2002, the band also shifted their musical style, incorporating a mix of their established hard rock tracks with softer, more melodic compositions.
