The New Orleans Voodoo was an arena football team based out of New Orleans, Louisiana that competed in the Arena Football League. Founded in 2002, the team managed to build a reputation for itself as one of the more physically adept and quick-witted teams in the league, even winning its first division title in 2004. While many arena football teams had difficulty filling their stadiums and competing for fans from NFL teams, the Voodoo built a solid following and filled its games with fans on a regular basis.
