Messy Marv is an underground American rapper from San Francisco, California. Messy Marv was a member of the hyphy rap movement that grew out of the Bay Area featuring a distinctive regional style. Many of his albums were released in the especially prolific years between 2002 and 2010, as he gained notoriety and worked in collaboration with noted rappers such as E-40, Nate Dogg and Too Short.
