Founded in 1980 Missing Persons is a Los Angeles-based band that creates blend of new wave and synthpop music. Led by female singer Dale Bozzio, the band played a pivotal role in ushering the culture of music towards sexual exhibitionism. Though Missing Persons disbanded in 1986 after its third album Color in Your Life, and again in 2003, the band once again reunited in 2011 and continues to play shows for its dedicated fan base.
