About
Mia Doi Todd is an indie folk singer/songwriter from LA. While she's contributed vocals to various rock, hip-hop and electronica projects, her own distinct solo sound is infectious acoustic music. Todd released two records, The Ewe and the Eye in 1997 and Come Out of Your Mine in 1999, before starting her own imprint City Zen Records. She dropped her first record under the label, Zeroone, in 2001 before working on various collaborations including an instrumental album with Andres Renteria. Todd returned to solo recordings with 2011's Cosmic Ocean Ship.
