Max Weinberg

Max Weinberg is a drummer from Newark, New Jersey who might best be known as the drummer of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band. Joining Springsteen in 1974, Weinberg would serve as drummer during The Boss' imperial phase from the mid-1970s to the mid-1980s. When Springsteen dissolved the E Street Band in 1989, Weinberg would eventually go on to serve as the bandleader of Conan O'Brien's late night talk show in 1993, a title he would hold until 2010. Since returning to play drums with Springsteen in 1999, Weinberg has continued to play in the E Street Band, in addition to maintaining an active schedule with his solo endeavors.
