Matthew Mayfield is a singer/songwriter and guitarist from Birmingham, Alabama who blends together elements of folk, country and alternative rock to create a unique sonic amalgam. Mayfield released his debut album, Now You're Free, in 2011 and since then he has kept active, releasing additional material, touring and building a name for himself as one of the more capable musicians on the modern Alabama music scene.
