Loni Love is a comedienne and actress from Detroit who, after quitting her job as an electrical engineer in 2003, began an incredibly successful career on the stand-up comedy circuit. Since coming in as a runner up on Star Search in 2003, Love earned a huge following of fans who praised her unique brand of observational and political comedy. In addition to performing stand-up, Ms. Love has proven herself a quick-witted correspondent on television shows such as Chelsea Lately, I Love the 70s, and other VH1 mini series.
