LMNO, born James Kelly, emerged from Long Beach, CA's hip-hop scene, gaining recognition with Circle of Power's "B.F. Sound Check" in 1993. His breakout came with 'Kozmonautz' in 1995, setting the stage for the Visionaries collective's success. Transitioning to solo work, LMNO's 2001 debut 'Leave My Name Out' signaled his independent artistry. Despite lyrical nods to faith and vegetarianism, he aimed for universal appeal. Pioneering multiple releases like 'Pangaea' and 'Economic Food Chain Music,' LMNO's musical journey thrived, culminating in prolific projects like 'P's & Q's,' 'We Are the Ones (We've Been Waiting For),' and the expansive 'Let'emknow.'
