Jimmy Thackery is a blues musician from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. A member of the popular East Coast roots rock act The Nighthawks for 14 years, Thackery would eventually strike out on his own in 1986. Going on to release his debut solo album in 1992 with Empty Arms Motel, Thackery has since kept active, releasing additional LPs and maintaining an ardent touring regime.
