Warren, Ohio native Jerry Douglas is a bluesgrass musician who is known for his work with the lap steel and resonator guitars. Mastering a rootsy fusion of folk, country and pop, he released of his debut album, Fuxology, in 1979. Douglas has since gone on to build a name for himself as both a solo musician and an ardent sideman for iconic artists such as Ray Charles, Eric Clapton and Dolly Parton.
