Cruz's repertoire doesn't stop there: not only does he write and produce for performers like Britney Spears, Usher, Mya, and Brandy, but he also owns the record label, Rockstarr Music London. Critics have compared his soft vocals to the likes of Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, and even Michael Jackson.
