Spice Girls is a British girl group that formed in London in 1994. In 1996, the group released its first single "Wannabe," which topped the charts in 30 countries. The group was comprised of Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Victoria Adams, Melanie Chisholm, and Geri Halliwell. In 2001, after having released three albums, the group decided to go their separate ways, and many dedicated themselves to solo careers. From 2007 to 2008, the Spice Girls celebrated a reunion tour, after which they split for good.
