About
High Desert Mavericks was an American minor league baseball team that competed in the South Division of the California League. The team had several different Major League ties since the time it was founded in 1988, but represented the Seattle Mariners as its Class A - Advanced affiliate from 2007 until its dissolution in 2016. Many notable MLB players passed through the organization over the years, including J.J. Hardy, Michael Pineda and Brad Penny. The Mavericks hosted its home games at Stater Bros. Stadium in Adelanto.
