Hedwig and the Angry Inch is a musical that tells the story of a rock band that's fronted by a East German transgender singer. With text written by John Cameron Mitchell and music by Stephen Trask, Hedwig is a powerful performance that speaks to the various issue surrounding transgender sexuality.
