Freddy Cole is an jazz singer, pianist and band leader from Chicago whose illustrious recording and performing career has spanned over 50 years. Brother of iconic jazz singer Nat King Cole, Freddy was exposed to music at an early age, learning the piano at age six and going on to study music at the Roosevelt Institute in Chicago. Releasing his debut LP, The Joke's on Me, in 1952, Freddy has maintained a respected--albeit not overtly successful--career since then that has helped him build a reputation as one of the leading talents of the old school jazz community.
