Franco Neri is an Italian comedian and actor. A native of Turin, he studied acting at the Teatro Sperimentale di Grugliasco. His first live show, "Professione Meridionale," premiered in 1982 to positive reviews from audiences. Over the course of his career, Neri has won numerous comedy competitions at the likes of the Osili Comedy Festival and Viareggio Laughter Festival. He has also acted in television shows like Piovto dal cielo, Belli dentro and Amiche mie, and films including Al bar dello sport, Santa Maradona, Belli dentro, Box Office 3D - Il film dei film and Il ragioniere della mafia.
