Dwayne Kennedy is a stand-up comedian who's known for his sharp and satirical social commentary. A Chicago native, he built a reputation on the acclaimed local comedy circuit before moving on to play some of the US's largest comedy festivals, such as the US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, where he won the Jury Award for best stand-up performance in 2002. Kennedy has since made appearances on various late night talk shows and earned his own specials on networks like Showtime, while he continues to expand his audience with various live shows.
