Dub Proof is an Asbury Park-based reggae band, mixing in elements of dub reggae, old school hip-hop, and funk. Formed in 2007 by bassist Nick Paolise, guitarist/vocalist Sean Milano, saxophonist David Hollander, and drummer Patrick Clarke, the band's lineup can expand to include up to ten members, including keyboardist Addis Pablo, son of Augustus Pablo. With their own original compositions and covers of classics by Bob Marley and others, Dub Proof brings a fresh and captivating sound to the reggae genre. Their live performances exude an entrancing groove, earning them accolades and recognition in the industry. The band has shared the stage with renowned acts and draws influences from a wide spectrum of artists, resulting in a unique blend of soul-flavored reggae and funk-infused rock.
