About
Rúzsa Magdi, winner of the 2006 Megasztár competition, quickly gained fame and followers. Magdi, full name Magdolna, released her debut album, Ördögi Angyal, which literally means Diabolical Angel. Like the title suggests, her album is a stark and contrasting mix of hard rock and emotional ballads. Janis Joplin is one of her main influences, but Magdi's voice is just as distinct.
