Derobert & the Half Truths is an American soul and funk band from Nashville, Tennessee. Led by singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Derobert, the band has released two studio albums, "Move" (2013) and "Find Light" (2016). Derobert & the Half Truths have been praised for their unique blend of soul, funk, and R&B, and for their energetic live performances. Derobert's songwriting is heavily influenced by classic soul and funk, but he also draws from a variety of other genres, including jazz, blues, and hip-hop.
