Canadian rock band Cuff the Duke creates an indie rock fusion of traditional country and folk music. After releasing its debut album, Life Stories for Minimum Wage, in 2002, Cuff the Duke adopted a more polished sound with the help of guitarist Dale Murray and his sharp pedal steel guitar playing. The band is also known to use nontraditional instruments such as Moog synthesizers, wind organs and Hammond organs. Cuff the Duke released its fifth album, Morning Comes, with Paper Bag Records in 2011.
