Ghymes

About

Ghymes is a ten-piece band of ethnic Hungarians living in Slovakia. Its music is based on traditional Hungarian styles mixed with the members' own complementing ideas. The musicians each contribute their own array of instrumental talent, a number of which are traditional pieces that remind listeners of past times - journey into the world of ancient Hungarian traditions. Ghymes holds concerts frequently in Hungary, or if you're lucky, you can even catch a free street performance.
