Renowned as the front man of the indie rock band The Walkmen, Hamilton Leithauser is a singer/songwriter and musician who embarked on a solo career after his long-time band announced its hiatus in 2011. Along with a cast of indie all-stars, including members of Vampire Weekend, Fleet Foxes, Dirty Projectors and of course The Walkmen, he crafted his 2014 debut album Black Hours, with his uplifting and earnest vocals at the forefront of each song.
