Canadian stand-up comedian Carla Collins is considered one of the most renowned in the industry. The Sault Ste. Marie, ON-native started her career as an on-air emcee who hosted shows like Sonic Temple and Chez Carla. Her first stand-up act, The Wonder Bra Years, was featured in 2001 and was one of the highest-rated comedy series. She also dabbled in acting and featured in comedy movies like The Hack. Over the course of her career, she has regularly performed all over North America, at venues like The Laugh Factory in Los Angeles and toured with comedy troupes.
