About
Anima Sound System is the first Hungarian electronic band, and probably the most significant as well. It provides a unique mixture of Eastern-European melodies with electric beats. Its remix of the Hungarian National Anthem, which was broadcasted at New Year's Eve in 2000, caused a number of heated debates. The band has enjoyed acclaim throughout Europe: it got into the Glasshaus in Berlin and the Divan du Monde in Paris.
