From Denver, CO Breathe Carolina is an electronic duo that fits nicely into the indie pop scene of the late 2000s. The band formed in 2007 when Kyle Even and David Schmitt began recording songs on their computers for fun, creating an catchy electropop sound. The duo recorded its 2007 debut album It's Classy, Not Classic, entirely on the music software GarageBand and assembled a live band for the promotional tour. Breathe Carolina released its third album Hell Is What You Make It, in 2011.
